The Car Company Detailing Belfast Feynlab Ceramic Self Heal Lite Porsche

The Car Company became Feynlab Accredited Detailer’s at the start of 2018, since then we have been completing a lot of R&D work in house before adding this to our extensive range of detailing products and services.

With great pleasure we will now be offering the the full range that Feynlab have to offer. Not only do Feynlab cover all aspects of vehicle coatings, they created the “Self Heal Coating”

The Ceramic Self Healing range starts from 40% Self Healing Properties,

Moving onto 60% Self Healing Properties,

Then onto 100% Self Healing Properties.

Pictured below is a Porsche Panamera, benefiting from what we do best, transforming a vehicle from average condition to well above average condition.

With this client opting for Brake Caliper Refurbishment, re finished in Porsche Speed Yellow with added black Porsche logos, it was certainly going to add to the overall finish of the vehicle.

After completing the wash and decontamination stage we set to work with a 2 stage correction process prior to applying Feynlab Ceramic Heal lite.

Key factors when applying any ceramic coating are preparation, ensuring a thorough panel prep wipe down has been completed, temperature checks, fresh applicators and micro fibre cloths.

Panel by panel we lay down a nice cross hatched even layer, watching our timers for our flash off window which can be anything from 8- 20 minutes. After the vehicle has been completely coated we enter the curing stage, using infrared heat lamps this ensures the curing process has been completed correctly and this also applies with any ceramic coating for that matter.

With this particular coating the vehicle is kept indoors for a further 24 hours to avoid getting wet, with any ceramic coating it is advised the vehicle is not washed for up to 7 seven days.

The depth, gloss and 60% self healing capabilities of this coating takes car care to a new level. Warranted for 5 years by The Car Company & Feynlab it also has the backing to stand up to what it is designed to do. this porsche will look fantastic for years to come
